And the forecast was spot on. As race 8 got underway, the heavens opened. With visibility down to a minimum the track conditions soon deteriorated. Although conditions did improve a little after the downpour,it was decided after race 22 that it was unsafe to continue with racing. Great pity after some great interviews from Paul Cooper/Jason Stott/James Childe/Gary Jackson/Paul Whitelam/Jamie Rodgers/Lester Goodwin/Shaun Harvey.
